2. Oct 16, 2013  Hello. My friend has a 45 foot ketch with a Ford Lehman 80hp. He replaced it with a stationary engine version as it was blown. The injection pump has weights to suit the stationary engine use and it will only rev to approx 1000rpm when used as propulsion in his yacht.

FUEL PUMP: (lift pump)

Located on the left hand side of the engine behind the oil filter looking at the front of the engine.

Prime lever on the side for bleeding the lines.

Two nuts hold it on to the block, the pump (as depicted in the first picture on the left) lever runs on a cam in the engine block, when you remove the pump you may have to rotate the engine in order to ease removal. Some variations exists as depicted on the second row of pictures.
